I feel privileged to be a Boulder maternity photographer. Why? The incredible panorama is the answer. It takes the breath away. Cathedral Park in Boulder is the perfect location for a maternity photo session. The sunset, the view plus rocks and trees are all I need to create those beautiful pictures that you will hang on your wall.

I took these photos on September 2020. One of my favorite months of the year. The weather was good with warm temperatures that made my clients feel very comfortable .

Paola and his husband booked me months before. She absolutely wanted have this view after having seen a maternity photo session that I did there. They were also worried, due the pandemic, to go to a crowed place. It was just us for almost the entire session.

Cathedral Park is a popular spot, next to Lost Gulch, in Flagstaff Mountain. People love to admire the sunset there. In fact some folks arrived on that day, but they were very kind to stay apart during the last moments of our shooting.

As a Boulder maternity photographer I always encourage my clients to choose a spot not very crowded to have the space and the freedom to move and be comfortable in front of the camera. Especially during these times is very important to maintain social distance . If my clients don’t have a favorite spot, they rely on my choice. I always suggest the most quiet locations along with advice about outfits, looks and timing.
