I feel privileged to create Maternity Photos Denver families will cherish for a lifetime. Why? The incredible scenery surrounding Boulder and Denver is the answer. It truly takes your breath away. Cathedral Park in Boulder is one of my favorite locations for a maternity photo session. The sunset, the mountain views, the rocks, and the trees provide everything I need to create beautiful images that deserve a place on your walls.

I took these photos in September 2020, one of my favorite months of the year. The weather was perfect, with warm temperatures that allowed my clients to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. Fall in Colorado offers some of the most beautiful light of the year. The sunsets are often warm and golden, creating a dreamy atmosphere that is ideal for maternity photography.

Paola and her husband booked their maternity session months in advance. She had seen a previous maternity session I photographed at this location and immediately fell in love with the view. Like many families at the time, they were also concerned about being around crowds due to the pandemic. Fortunately, we had the location almost entirely to ourselves for most of the session.

Cathedral Park is a popular destination near Flagstaff Mountain, not far from Lost Gulch. Many people visit to enjoy the spectacular sunset views. A few visitors arrived during the final part of our session, but everyone was respectful and gave us plenty of space to finish photographing comfortably.

Hi, I’m Laura, a maternity and portrait photographer with more than a decade of experience behind the camera. My photography journey began in Italy in 2012. Before becoming a photographer, I worked in hospital administration, but I always dreamed of pursuing a more creative career. After taking a photography class and meeting other photographers, I slowly built my experience by assisting established professionals and learning everything I could about photography.

Over the years, I photographed weddings throughout Italy and Europe before moving to Colorado in 2019. Becoming a mother myself in 2021 gave maternity and family photography a much deeper meaning. Today, I love documenting motherhood and creating timeless images that families can treasure for generations.

When I’m not photographing clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, traveling, cooking Italian recipes, reading, discovering beautiful restaurants, and enjoying slow mornings with a cappuccino. I love beautiful sunsets, the ocean, and finding inspiration in art, fashion, and everyday moments. Italy will always have a special place in my heart, and I’m definitely a cat lover.
